Orders before 2pm PST will be processed and prepared for shipment the same day 

If the order cannot be fulfilled the same day before 2pm, A’ZUMI will notify the customer and explain the reason.

Yes we will provide an order tracking number and it will be sent to your email that you have provided. Please check your box or spam/junk folder.

A’ZUMI in store will offer assistance with wigs and hair bundles on how to apply and any questions about the hair. Any products our customers would like instructions on how to use our Cosmetologist will answer in store and online.

 Occasionally A’ZUMI will have deals and clearance in store and online. Our newsletter will announce the sales. Feel free to check the newsletter periodically.

Due to Covid-19 and a series of retail thefts around the nation A’ZUMI has decided to go to APPOINTMENT RETAIL SHOPPING until further notice. A positive light on this decision is that our employees will be able to better engage with customers on their specific needs for products.
